1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing DocGard AI, a product of Jeff Enterprises, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Nature of the Service
DocGard AI provides cryptographic Error Level Analysis (ELA) for educational and informational purposes only. The tool highlights pixel variance and compression inconsistencies. The AI-generated results are not legally binding proof of forgery or authenticity. Jeff Enterprises is not liable for business or legal decisions made based on these heatmaps.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to upload illegal, explicit, or highly classified government materials. You must have the right or permission to analyze the documents you upload. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or exploit the Render backend engine is strictly prohibited.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. While our Python engine aims for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted, particularly during standard server spin-up periods.
